My relationship with Fiona Crago dates from the point at which I bought the property. I dealt with Fiona and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I didn't even see the property myself before signing the Sale Agreement, Fiona did a video call viewing for me and my late mother was able to meet Fiona to do 1 last viewing before I bought.

I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight Tania's excellent service. It was my absolute pleasure having her as my go-to contact during my tenancy at Bay Ridge. From the outset, she facilitated the process of leasing the property in both a professional and calming demeanour. I have actually never dealt with an Estate Agent who is as thorough as her!

She remained a constant delight throughout my tenancy and was always on hand to facilitate any assistance where needed. But it was at the end of my stay there when I was relocating to Cape Town that she really blew me away... She stepped in and assisted on her day off to ensure my removal company were on track with packing up all my belongings whilst I was driving to Cape Town. She kept me up to date with voice notes, messages and even videos — completely putting my mind at ease with it all!! She also helped facilitate the maintenance works which I had instructed once I had left, and let my domestic into the property for a final clean (loaning her own cleaning equipment to help facilitate the process) before the owners returned to ensure that the property was left in immaculate condition.

I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have already spread the word to family and friends that they should look to your company for any Leasing or Rental requirements as I will do anything to help her in whatever way I can.

You really have a God-breathed gem of a woman on your team, and I am truly blessed to have dealt with her in the last year.
